This female Long Haired Dachshund puppy has a rich chocolate coat, soft feathered ears and the bright, happy expression that makes Dachshunds so easy to love. Dachshunds were bred as scent hounds, and she already shows the bold, curious spirit the breed is known for.
Playful and full of energy, she loves a good game of chase and will happily follow her nose around the yard. Daily walks and some indoor play are plenty to keep her happy, and she is just as content curled up next to her people at the end of the day.
Her long coat needs brushing a few times a week to keep the feathering tangle-free. Smart and a little independent, she does best with consistent, positive training and early socialization, and she will grow into a loyal, spirited companion with a big personality in a small package.
